Getting set up for your first craft fair or vendor fair is super exciting and a bit scary.

You’re hoping that you don’t forget to take something and hoping that people actually buy the products you do take with you.


Below is a first craft fair checklist of items to be sure to take to the craft fair vendor fair with you:

  1. Personalized tablecloth (Table Covers Now)
  2. Table (The venue may or may not provide a table)
  3. Items to sell (Make sure prices are visible on all items)
  4. Quantity of items that you are selling
  5. Display cases
  6. Price list
  7. Order forms
  8. Payment processing platforms (Square card reader for phone, Venmo, PayPal, etc.)
  9. Cash (If you are accepting cash, you need to bring change)
  10. Process for counting the number of customers who purchased items
  11. Process for collecting email addresses (for customers who paid with cash)
  12. Shopping bags (To bag the items for customers)
  13. Pens/markers/notepad
  14. Scissors
  15. Tape
  16. Business cards (VistaPrint)
  17. Snacks/water
  18. Storage boxes
