How the Bulk Craft Pricing Calculator Works

My pricing calculator is designed to make crafting and pricing your handmade products simple and stress-free. Here’s how it works:

  1. Enter the number of items the customer wants you to make.
  2. How much does it cost to make 1 item?
Enter the dollar amount it costs to make 1 item. For example, if you make a shirt using HTV, add up the cost of the shirt and the HTV and enter it.

  3. Enter the profit you expect to make. This is the amount you want to make after you have bought all the supplies.
  4. How much does it cost to ship the items?
If you will ship your order, you can enter a dollar amount. If you won’t be shipping the item, leave this blank.
  5. How much will you charge for local drop off?
If you will meet the customer to drop off the order, you can enter a dollar amount. If you won’t be dropping the order off, leave this blank.
  6. Discount Amount
If you will offer the customer a discount for placing a bulk order, enter the dollar amount. If you won’t be offering a discount, leave this blank.
  7. Sell Item For This Price
This is the total calculation once you have entered all of your numbers. This is the price you should charge your customers.
