As with all of my digital products, I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and achieve the intended results of each purchase. With each product that I make, I create it thinking about you and I spend a lot of time and effort into creating things for you. With that said, if my products provided you with value, please don’t ask for a refund to simply save a few dollars. Remember to treat others how you would want to be treated.
Additionally, there are situations when I just cannot give refunds, no matter how much I would like, due to the time and technical limitations in payment processing systems.

If you are unsatisfied with your course enrollment I will give you a full refund if you request your refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you meet the above criteria, please email me at byrd@insideoutlined.com and I will issue you a full refund. Please allow at least 3 business days for me to respond and process your request.
Please note that the system I use does not allow me to issue any refunds after 30 days past your enrollment date, and I won’t be able to make an exception to this.
